Our friendly team of staff are here to ensure that you get everything you need whether it’s an event for two or two hundred. Conferences are held on three main sites (Wrexham, St Asaph and Northop), each with a variety of venues and facilities.
With such a range of venues on offer it's clear that flexibility and versatility are key for us. This, along with our convenient locations and state-of-the-art facilities, makes it obvious why we are the number one choice for conferencing and meeting venues in North Wales.
Our main campus has extensive facilities, from large theatres to small meeting rooms, enabling us to accommodate all types of businesses and events. For large conferences the 880-seat William Aston Hall and the purpose-built Catrin Finch Centre, with room for up to 230 delegates, are two of the best venues in the area.
For smaller conferences and meetings we have a wide variety of meeting and seminar rooms, classrooms, lecture theatres, IT suites and laboratories, which can accommodate up to 176 delegates. If you're looking for something a little different we also have an art gallery, a Centre for the Creative Industries (home of the BBC in North Wales) and a TV studio, as well as several restaurants and cafés –
all this adds up to make our Wrexham campus the most versatile conferencing venue in the region.
When you arrive at St Asaph you’ll be immediately struck by the architecture of this innovative building that generates innovative ideas from the advanced technology companies that are based here. This is a business-focused venue for up to 120 delegates.
All forms of business events are held here from exhibitions and training sessions to meetings, presentations and seminars.
Our Northop campus is set in 96 acres of rural land in the heart of the beautiful North Wales countryside, overlooking the Dee estuary. The peace and quiet of the surroundings here make this a popular venue for many of our clients.
We have a number of venues available for business use such as meetings, conferences and training courses. Whilst our meeting rooms can cater for up to 35 delegates, the Sports Hall has capacity for up to 160.
