Venue hire charges and delegate packages
Glyndwr University offers inclusive packages for a minimum number of eight delegates. Room hire only rates are available should you decide not to take advantage of the inclusive packages.
Conference delegate package includes:
- Tea and coffee on arrival
- Tea/coffee and biscuits mid-morning
- Two course conference lunch or buffet
- Tea/coffee mid-afternoon
- Meeting room hire
- Screen, data projector, white board, flip chart and OHP in the primary conference room
- Conference reception/business centre/porterage service
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Free parking
In addition, the 24 hour delegate package (Wrexham only) includes:
- En-suite accommodation
- Three course dinner
- English or continental breakfast
For those who would prefer not to have an inclusive 24-hour or 8-hour delegate package please ring our events team for conference room hire-only rates along with the prices for audio-visual/technical equipment where applicable.
