Party Leaders in the Catrin Finch Centre for Election Debate
The end of March saw the Catrin Finch Centre hosting another high profile political event in the run up to May's National Assembly for Wales elections.
Organised by the Federation of Small Businesses Wales, the FSB Wales' Leaders' Debate featured leaders from Wales' main political parties debating the issues of the moment in front of an audience of nearly 200.
With First Minister Carwyn Jones was unable to attend, the Welsh Labour Party were represented by Edwina Hart AM, and Mark Reckless (former Conservative MP for Rochester and Strood) stood in for UKIP’s Nathan Gill. The rest of the panel was made up by Welsh party leaders Andrew Davies for the Conservatives, Kirsty Williams for the Liberal Democrats and Leanne Wood for Plaid Cymru.
