Nursing Recruitment Event a great success
On Thursday 11 January Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board held a major nursing recruitment day at the Catrin Finch Centre - marketing the event as ‘New year, New job, Starting your new career – come and see what North Wales can offer you’.
They interviewed registered nurses, graduates, return to practice and students about to qualify, and there were vacancies for registered nurses, mental health nurses, paediatric nurses and health visitors. They utilised all the rooms in the Catrin Finch Centre which meant they were able to hold nine interviews simultaneously and gave job offers to 57 nurses on the day which the organisers were very pleased with.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is the largest health organisation in Wales, employing over 16,000 staff and provide a range of primary, community, mental health, acute and elective hospital services for a population of almost 700,000 people across North Wales.
They are also a regular customer of our Conference Services.
